Nourish yourself this Summer on a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga & gourmet food retreat.

It's hot and sticky here. It's cool, verdant and lush there.

Join us in Rosendale, NY August 9th-11th for the most rejuvenating, relaxing and nourishing weekend of your summer.

We will gather on a 150-acre eco-lodge overlooking the Catskills to make sure you wake up with mountain views and doze off into quiet nights.

There are hiking trails on-site. The largest waterfall in the area is a few minutes away. Bonfires are planned. Obviously there is an adorable garden. And a labyrinth. Plus so much forest and flowers. There are sunrises and sunsets over the mountains. It's a nature immersion!  

We will cook you 3 healthy gourmet meals a day. And they are legit. Like the chef was on the Food Network kinda thing and she doesn't like anyone to be hungry...ever. 

Optional meditation sessions each morning. Daily all-levels yoga classes. And the food. Did we mention the food? It's SO YUM! Sweat a little, eat a little, chill a little. Repeat.

  • We will cook you 3 healthy gourmet meals a day. And they are legit. Like the chef was on the Food Network kinda thing and she doesn't like anyone to be hungry...ever. 

  • Ayurvedic chef Hannah Gruber will teach you about the healing philosophy of Ayurveda, the 5 Elements and the 6 Tastes, and you will get to help create delicious, farm-to-table meal together!

Yoga to unwind, restore, and revitalize your senses.

  • After your arrival, we’ll gather together for a nourishing 90 minute yoga practice to help you fully disconnect from the city and prepare your nervous system for a weekend of indulging in great food, amazing natural surroundings, and the most important thing: YOU.

  • Start Saturday morning with a guided meditation led by Paige, followed by an upbeat yoga practice to invigorate you for the day.

  • End the day on Saturday with a therapeutic yoga practice l to help you unwind and have a deep night’s rest in the quiet surroundings of Nature.

  • Our closing yoga practice on Sunday is the perfect way to transition from a weekend of rest and relaxation back into city. Paige and Hannah will lead a closing circle.

  • The private eco-guesthouse is situated on 150+ acres of wooded property near the Mohonk mountains in the Catskills. Cozy, tucked away, and built on a mountain full of quartz crystal, the Lifebridge Guesthouse is the perfect place to retreat for a weekend of deep rest and reprieve.

  • Arrive early on Friday afternoon to take a blissful walk through the woods, or stop at the local waterfall on your way in for a refreshing dip in the river. Plenty of hiking trails, a labyrinth, gardens, and wildlife await your discovery.

How do I get there?

Lifebridge Foundation Inc, 333 Mountain Rd, Rosendale, NY 12472 is easily accessible from New York city via car or bus.

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive anytime on Friday after 3pm! We know you are traveling from the city, and so we scheduled the first yoga practice to begin in the evening. If you arrive early, take your time, explore the woods, go for a dip in the local swimming hole, take a nap, read a book.

What will I be eating?

Our private chef, Hannah Gruber, is an acclaimed Clairvoyant Ayurvedic chef and a whiz in the kitchen. Featured on the Foodnetwork’s America’s Best Home Chef, Hannah is known for creating incredibly delicious, gourmet vegetarian food that will make your heart as full as your belly. Your 3 daily meals will source local, organic ingredients, and there will definitely be dessert at every meal. If you have any dietary restrictions, just let us know, we’ve got you covered too.

Hannah Gruber and Paige Gottheim are both known for their deeply empathic, compassionate approaches to teaching yoga. With a depth of alignment knowledge, philosophical understanding, and years of personal meditation practice, study, and teaching, together they teach classes that embrace a wide range of students. Persons of all levels of athletic ability, injury, strength, and capacity are welcome.
